BELLEVUE, WA, January 7, 2021 – Nebula, a global leader in the projector market, today announces the availability of two new projectors in the company’s line-up: the Solar Portable, a 1080p projector with a built-in 3-hour rechargeable battery and its non-battery-powered sibling, the Solar.

Designed as the next generation in Nebula’s line of projectors, both models feature an almost identical form-factor, with the Solar Portable adding a rechargeable, internal, 20,000mAh battery providing up to 3 hours of use while on battery power.
Both models feature Android TV 9 and access to the Google Play Store, allowing streaming apps to be downloaded while on a Wi-Fi connection. Users can also connect to the projectors using the HDMI or USB ports, or wirelessly connect over Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or cast via Google Chromecast.
Dual 3-watt speakers offer Dolby-supported audio decoding while the audio stream from movies, TV shows or other video content can also be played via Bluetooth or HDMI for louder listening. It is an ideal scenario when using on the side of the house, with multiple friends, family or neighbors as everyone watches a movie or “the Big Game”.
The Solar and Solar Portable also allow for up to ±40-degrees of both horizontal and vertical keystone correction, as well as an auto focusing lens that can display an image up to 120-inches from just over 9-feet away or as small as 40-inches from just over 3-feet away. Both units also feature a built-in, retractable kickstand to help angle the projector up at the wall. Also included is a standard tripod thread mount on the bottom to be fastened to any 0.25-inch standard tripod screw, including multiple options from Nebula for desktop or floor-standing usage.
The Nebula Solar Portable projector can be charged via USB-C with PD in roughly 3-hours or via the included DC charging plug in just about 8 hours.
