Comcast Xfinity Mobile Gives Their Customers An Affordable Unlimited Plan
Xfinity Mobile is Comcast step back into the wireless service business. The service will combine both “America’s Largest and Most Reliable 4G LTE Network” with Xfinity Wi-Fi service. The service has two options of Pay As You Go Data and Unlimited options for $65 per line up to 5 lines and if you have certain X1 packages it can be as low as $45 per line. There is also a Pay As You Go option for $12 per GB. You will be able to switch between plans anytime you want. You can also have a mix of unlimited and pay as you go lines on your account.
All package options will include unlimited talk and text. Comcast also promises that Xfinity Mobile will have the latest smartphones from companies such as Apple, Samsung, and LG. Support will be available 24/7 via text messaging. Xfinity mobile also promises to have the latest smartphones from companies such as Apple, Samsung, and LG. Comcast has seen the wireless companies come into their business and now they are heading into theirs. With what we have recently seen with Google Project Fi, a mesh network of cellular networks + wi-fi. It seems that Comcast has also developed similar technology for their offering.
I’m currently a Project Fi user and I’m also a Comcast customer. So I use both Projet Fi combined with Xfinity Wi-Fi to provide all my mobile data needs. I’ll have a review on Project Fi coming up soon but I am very intrigued with how Xfinity Mobile will work and with the pricing it might be the best value.
