as usual is provide by Broadcast let me know what you think.

Improvement listed by Verizon

  • Upgraded OS to Windows Mobile 6.1
  • Added EVDO Rev A capability
  • Updated the MMS client to be compatible with WM 6.1
  • Added Microsoft Remote Desktop Application
  • Added capability to use VzNavigator application.
  • Resolved compatibility issues with Microsoft Voice Command 1.6.
  • Added capability to read micro SD card of up to 16GB memory.

Also to Note

  • Thread SMS (Very vital feature as I noted in my original review Part 1 and Part 2)
  • Task Manager Build it (Similar to the one I included in The Bowman Pack)
  • Better Overall System Response

As stated in my review overall the update is good but not earth shattering.

The Good

  • Threaded SMS
  • Better Memory Management
  • overall response time

Some Drawbacks

Feel very behind overall compared to the new mobile OSes such as Android, Blackberry and min OS X. Microsoft need to get on the ball and catch up by release Windows Mobile a whole lot sooner than later.

This recent delay doesn’t help much at all as everyone else is pulling out all the big stuff while they sit here and wait. Hopefully will be the big leap they need to get back in this.

Let me know what you think.
