Hello

Currently I no longer have my XV6800 since I have upgraded to an HTC Touch Pro so I wouldn't be able to any videos on it anymore.

Bowman,

By the dates on these posts, it seems as though you may be fading on the xv6800. I know, it is quickly becoming an antiquated phone, but still one of the models that does not require a data plan for Verizon. I just purchased one and it is my first smart phone. I like your YouTube video tutorials. What I wanted to ask you about is this iPhone emulator plug-in or skin (I am not great with the terminology). I see xv6800's that have iPhone Home Screens with sliders and flick-scrolling, etc. You would be a hero if you could find the app, show us how to load it and show us the features. I gotta have it and would probably be willing to pay for it. Please help me.

Tony

The windows mobile PDAs will reserve a certain amount of battery power to be sure you won't lose your contacts. However if you wait too long like am month or so to charge it you will eventually lose everything because it will lose the minimal charge. But if it dies during the day you should be fine.

Bowman,
Great information. Question for you: with my old pda if the battery went dead I lost ALL my contact and schedule information - do you know if that will happen with the XV6800? Thanks

I was able to get the HTCHOME download without any problems, thank you by the way. The Bowman pack has not been as easy; when I click to download there are no files? What you have posted has been very helpful with the use of my phone. Do you also have knowledge of where to get different Dialer Skins and Today backgrounds? Thank you for any input given very much appreciated. Xv6800 Verizon carrier.
