The latest Xbox rumor circling the web is that Microsoft is going to launch an Xbox 360 Kinect bundle with 4GB or storage  for $99 tied to a two-year subscription that will cost $15 per month and will include Xbox Live Gold and some extra streaming content. Microsoft is planning to target this against the Apple TV and Roku box specifically but also looks to battle the PlayStation 3 as well.

Looking at the overall cost this possible offering would be is about $420 now for the cheapest Xbox with two years worth of Xbox Live Gold and the new $99 proposed bundle with  subscription would be about $459. So Microsoft would be making a few more dollars on that option.  Also with E3 coming along and the rumors of a new streaming music service codenamed “Woodstock” and the supposed launch of Xbox Live Diamond TV service finally launching this cheap bundling option makes sense. But this is only a rumor that it will show up next week and we still have the other practical rumor of an Xbox 360 Lite console to debut instead.

Tritton announced at last year’s E3 that they will be doing a co-branding line of Xbox 360 products. The first of these products in the Primer Xbox 360 Wireless Gaming Headset. The Primer uses 5.8 GHz wireless frequency for uncompressed sound and no interference issues which you can have on 2.4 GHz with other products using the same band.  They also include 40mm neodymium drivers and controls to adjust separate in-game and chat levels. The packaging has both the Tritton and Microsoft Xbox 360 branding and is consider the first wireless headset for the Xbox 360. It retailing for $100.

Rockstar Games made the official announcement today on their twitter account. Not much is known about the game other than we know that its coming and a logo made for the game. The trailer for the game is coming November 2nd. which will probably just show the story of the game and the setting it will be in. I would venture to assume they may make their way back over seasons to London or maybe a multi-continental experience. The game has been in developer for the last 3.5 years which is definitely need for the scope and detail that the GTA games are known for.  We have to wait for the trailer on Nov 2. and I would expect a playable demo at E3 2012.

Microsoft has announced a new Limited Edition Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Xbox 360 Console. The new console will be available on November 8th and will include a fully customized console and control with graphics from the game, two wireless controllers, 320 GB hard drive and a copy of the game itself. The system will also include custom sounds when the system turns on and when the disc tray opens which you can hear and Major Nelson’s Blog.  The new console package will retail for $399 MSRP.

Also coming from Microsoft is a Modern Warfare 3 Bluetooth headset that will work with Xbox live, PC and cell phones and will go for $69.99 and if you already have a Xbox 360 but want the Modern Warfare 3 controller you can snag that standalone for $59.99 and they include the transforming D-Pad like the controller we reviewed before. Both of these items will be available earlier than the console on October 11th.
