LG had a great touch surface table that gave you great information about each phone and gave you a different way to interact with the phone.

At Samsungs CES booth then did a great video demo of their surface table the NX10 which while needs a bit of work is pretty awesome to watch and use.

Possible screenshots of Windows Mobile have surfaced and have some a bit newer interface and shows the marketplace and a updated IM application.
