The Samsung Stratosphere is a mid-tier 4G LTE phone joining in the ranks with the Pantech Breakout. We got a first look at the phone during CTIA Fall 2011. It’s the first smartphone on Verizon with 4G LTE and a full 5-row QWERTY keyboard. The phone honestly reminds me of the Epic 4G from last year and has similar specs with a 4-inch Super AMOLED display, 1.3 megapixel front facing camera, 5 megapixel rear facing camera with LED flash plus 720p HD video capture, 1800 MAh battery and a pre-installed 4 GB SD card, 1.0 GHz single-core processor and Android 2.3 Gingerbread with Touch Wiz UX which is the version from last year not the one seen on Galaxy S II phones.
