Out of nowhere Nintendo drops a hardware bombshell in a press release in Japan announcing the 3DS which will be the successor to the DS which will be fully 3D with no glasses required!!! The formal announcement is to come at E3 2010 in June. Check inside to see what we know so far.
What we know so far for it to have
- parallax barrier 3D LCD from Sharp
- a vibration function
- "3D control stick."
- Older games to be backwards compatible
- 2 Cameras
While some of these may be true others might now be but we’ll get the full details at E3 in June. The release date is also rumored to be March 2011
