In the latest beta of Firefox 3.1 a new feature has been added which is Tab Preview.  A feature that has been an add-on mainly for Firefox but is now built in like other browsers such as Opera and Internet Explorer 7.  You’ll be able to get up to 9 tabs at a time and also able to search via the tab preview panel for those that have multiple tabs open.

I’m not sure I haven’t had the chance to play around with the beta’s yet. Try alt+tab to see if that works or shift+tab or ctrl+tab. just a thought.
