Hello there,
I have two problems please if you can help me solving them:-
It’s about Blackberry storm
1)to Update the device, when I go to “Advanced options” it doesn’t show “Wireless update”…
2)I downloaded youtybe application via your website, but when I chose a video to play it appears an error due to “Java somthing” problem…
Please help me.

Sorry to reply late I have been away. I would return it back and get new one if the card. If you go to my youtube page you will see the video on how to drag and drop files from your computer to the xv6800

Sorry to reply late I have been away but I am used the Verizon version of the Storm in my video. I asuumed the same wireless update would be available in the Vodaphone version. It may not be or it could be someplace else in the options menu.

Are you using the Verizon Version? i know the Verizon version these things work fine. The option for update could be located somplace else in the options section or the carrier could have disabled it. Try a reinstall of the youtube app to see if that helps.
