Another major update to Gmail besides the video chat is now you can use skins to change the look at feel of your Gmail. Although it sounds kind of gimmick it can make viewing your e-mail a much more enjoyable experience. There are some great skins to start off with and Lifehacker.com has a few screenshots of some of them. What would be cool is if you could take the skin across your entire Google experience or find ways to customize it similar to what you can do with iGoogle.
