Cowon has officially announced there new PMP the Cowon L3 which is a a 7-inch touch screen Windows CE 5.0 player that has some impressive stats
A dual core processor, 800×400 screen resolution, 4GB of Storage and 128MB of ram, GPS and DMB (for Europe and Asia) to round out the current known specs on this beast.
Its being promoted by Cowon as a Extreme Navigation and with those specs you can probably toss out your old ugly GPS system currently sitting on your dashboard
